Stephen is a specialist in understanding clients energy processes and then applying the appropriate solution from both a commercial and technical view point to generate significant client benefits.
He is conversant with a wide range of technologies ranging from heat pumps through to gas fired and renewable power generation, CHP and medical waste / waste to energy.
Over the past four years he has led the team at a big six utility that has delivered projects in sectors ranging from food and drink through to industry and public sector. The common theme has been the realisation of a unique solution that delivers enhanced value. Over the last 2 years his team have delivered in excess of £160 million of projects.
He is a degree qualified chartered engineer, ESOS lead assessor and low carbon consultant.
Richard is a Quantity Surveyor by profession with over 30 years’ experience in the construction and energy sector and has spent over 15 years building and leading commercial teams at senior / board level with P&L responsibility.
His area of expertise is the structure, negotiation, and delivery of large scale, high value, complex contracts including both design and build or fully funded long term projects across a range of technologies.
During the last 3 years he has led and closed contracts with a value in excess of £120 million. Richard is primarily focussed on risk management, the legal and commercial structure, forward order book and maximisation of profit.
Luke is an industry expert within the European Energy Services sector. He is a de-centralised energy specialist with over 20 years of experience as both asset owner/operator and energy services provider.
He has been responsible for the construction and in-life management of energy infrastructure assets for multiple end users and operators alike including BT, BP, Vodafone, Fujitsu, Lehman Brothers, Deloitte, Verizon, Logicalis and Global Switch.
During the last ten years he has been involved with the development of funded energy solutions for customers within both the private and public sector.
These projects have included both heat and power led generation schemes and have utilised multiple different technologies including CHP, Biomass, PV/Battery, solar thermal and heat pumps.
He has an engineering background but now is mostly focused on the commercial structuring and revenue generation from energy assets.
He lives with his family in Alton in Hampshire.
